Prizes:
1st Prize: $13,000 Luxury vacation package OR $8,000 cash.
Luxury vacation package consists of $13,000 of vacation credit from
Let’s Travel in Burlington, Iowa to be used as winner would like. Does not
need to be used all at once. It can be split among destinations and/or people.
2nd Prize: $1,000 cash
3rd Prize: $10 - $100 cash
$25 per ticket / 5 for $100

*If the winner chooses cash prize, the vacation will be auctioned at 6:00pm. The prizes are considered taxable income, and a W9 and a W-2G will need to be filled out by the winners of the 1st and 2nd prizes. If the winner selects the vacation package, withholding taxes will need to be paid by the winner before prize is awarded. Both the federal and state taxes will be due at an approximate rate of 30% total. Taxes will be withheld from the $8000 cash at the same tax rate. State tax of 5% will be deducted from the 2nd prize winner of $1,000 cash. Vacation package to be redeemed/booked by Let’s Travel, Inc., Burlington, Iowa.
