Ribeye Steak charbroiled to order topped with a garlic mushroom sauce and served open faced on grilled French bread. Served with a side of fresh green beans & bacon and fried parmesan baby red potatoes.
Two smoked brisket sliders topped with Guinness BBQ sauce and red onions on a wheat slider bun. Served with pineapple slices and waffle fries topped with melted American cheese.

Atlantic salmon fillet with maple syrup ginger glaze. Grilled to order on Iowa Cedar plank. Served on farm to table fresh vegetables.
Big Muddy’s is now under new ownership. New owner/manager Christian Ness has big plans for the legendary Burlington spot including new menu items.
Grand reopening weekend is September 15th and 16th with live bands each night. Harvest Moon on Friday and Eric Pettit Lion on Saturday. The New Mix 107.3 will broadcast live from 5-7 pm Saturday!
